This spacious house has 3 bedrooms, one or two of which are available to you to use on the top level, away from the main living area and master bedroom with a newly refurbished bathroom that includes a bath-tub and shower, for your personal use. It has a spacious lounge and kitchen, and a hammock on the downstairs deck looking out to the bush reserve for chill time.
We also own an old piano if you feel like having a tonk on the keys.

Our home is situated on the North Shore of Auckland city, just a few minutes drive from the motorway exit, and lies at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and rests on the edge of a native bush reserve which serves as part of a good running or walking circuit. It is close to beaches, (Takapuna, Mairangi Bay, Browns Bay, Long Bay) and is about a 25min bus or car ride from the city, (longer in car during peak times - up to 45mins/1hr) and is close to North Shore beaches and a great specialty supermarket, Farro. It is only a 10 minute drive from Massey University. It is a large spacious 3 bedroom home with only one room permanently occupied. You would have the top level of our house to yourself, with your room upstairs and newly refurbished bathroom. A price an be negotiated if you would like the use of two rooms.
