Kia Ora! Welcome to our home... We are your hosts - Daryl & Jenn Kopua!
We are a Christian Family of 3 (with our eldest son now married) and we are friendly & outgoing & enjoy meeting new people. We have a long-term Chinese Student who has boarding with us for over 2 years & he is now part of our family. We are involved in Rugby League & Basketball & enjoy camping at least once a year. We are blessed to live in a lovely 1940's character brick & tile 3 bedroom house which is centrally located in the heart of Mt Roskill. Only a 2 minute walk to public Bus transport in either direction where Dominion Rd is on one side leading into the City Centre, and Mt. Albert Rd & Mt Roskill is on the other side. We are spoiled for choice with a nearby Shopping Centre including lots of Eateries & Cafe's, Asian & Indian Specialty Food Markets, Banks, Doctors, Dentist, Physio, Gym & Supermarket only a stone throw away. The Southern Motorway is easily accessible from here & the City Centre and Auckland University is just 15 minutes drive . We only ask that you treat & respect our home with the same TLC as we do. We look forward to meeting you soon & sharing our home with us. Enjoy your time in beautiful Auckland as you take in the sights, sounds & culinary experiences we have on our doorstep.

We are a Christian family & as such, we do not permit smoking or drinking of any alcohol on our premises, no Pets or Partners staying over. We ideally are looking for a longer-term tenant at least 18 years or over or a mature independant Student who is self-sufficient & able to cook & clean up after themselves. We have a fully functional kitchen with a gas stove top & oven which you are welcome to use at any time, along with any dishes, cooking utensils etc. you may need. As we are frequently out most evenings, on the occasions we are home having meals (which is around 3 times per week), we welcome you to join our family but additional cost may be incurred. We ask that you treat & respect our home with TLC as we do. We look forward to hosting you & hope you will enjoy your stay with our family.

We live in a lovely 1940's character brick & tile 3 bedroom house which is centrally located in the heart of Mt Roskill which is renown as an ethnically diverse area & has plenty of ethnic shops, restaurants & eateries. It is only a 2 minute walk to public Bus transport in either direction where Dominion Rd is on one side leading into the City Centre, and Mt. Albert Rd & Mt Roskill is on the other side. Every Tuesday & Friday we have a local Farmers Market with fresh fruits, vegetables & locally grown produce on offer.
